As a knowledgeable Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Psychotherapist, I provide individual, couples, group and family therapy in a safe, private environment.  My specialities include anxiety and mood disorders along with personality disorders.  I work in clinical and private practice settings enabling me to provide a depth of experience to all of my clients.

My training includes clinical psychology, counseling as well as extensive mindfulness practice.  I utilize theories and practices from both Western psychology and Eastern philosophical practices. This combination provides a full, balanced approach to facing life's journey and challenges. I work from a perspective of the whole person, striving to assist clients to reach their full potential.
